A driving force behind academic excellence and institutional impact, this distinguished Head of Department and technology consultant brings unparalleled expertise to higher education. Having served as the Coordinator for the Department of Computer Science and the BCA program, her leadership has been instrumental in elevating educational standards, notably playing a key role in achieving an A+ Grade by NAAC and significantly improving student placement records. Her deep research proficiency spans Artificial Neural Networks, Machine Learning, and E-Governance, backed by 23 publications in national and international journals, including IEEE conferences. Uniquely equipped to bridge the gap between academia and industry, she draws from valuable early-career experience as a Test Engineer at Motorola and a Quality Inspector at Karnataka Telecoms Ltd.. As an influential voice in the academic community, she actively shapes curriculum and academic standards through her governance roles on the Board of Examiners (BOE) and Board of Studies (BOS) for Bangalore University.

KLE BCA Placements
The Department of Placement & Training was established in 2015 to facilitate career opportunities for Management, Commerce, and Computer Applications graduates. Beginning with 30 recruiters and 296 placements, the department has grown steadily, now attracting around 100 reputed national organizations to campus each year. For the 2018 batch alone, 330 offers were made by 100 companies.
Today, KLE is a preferred recruitment destination for leading corporates, with strong industry partnerships and consistent placement outcomes.
